What is Energy Healing & Reiki?

Energy Healing & Reiki are a natural and safe traditional healing method that taps into the pure source of divine energy.  By using the human energy fields of Aura and Chakras we can raise our frequency to heal physical and emotional problems.

Energy Healing has been used by many cultures over the ages, a Gypsy Drabarni uses Energy Healing as part of their toolkit to heal.  “Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing.  This type of healing is intuitvely led, therfore is intuitive energy healing.

We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.  There are many variations of Energy Healing, but in essence treatments can help the body emotionally or spiritually. It is a tradition that is open to any belief system.

An Energy Healing treatment is a process that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life. It can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi.  This can cause an imbalance in the body that leads to illness. Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free.

In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body.

Pain, emotional & physical are all able to be traced to a single source.  This source can disrupt your chakras and the energy within them.  By addressing the source with energy healing, health and wellness can be restored.

It doesn't matter how old or new those energy dispruting sources are, energy healing can get to the source and begin to heal.  Speak with your primary care provider about how alternative/complimentary treatment therapies can help you.

Guided Meditation Vs. Hypnotherapy

What is Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is, in plain terms, is the process by which an individual—or a group of individuals—achieve a level of mental calm and stability, with the guidance of a trained practitioner.

What is Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, is generally described as a form of psychotherapy in which a patient is guided by an expert, into a deep state of relaxation. Hypnotherapy puts you in a trance-like state, during which the therapist helps you initiate a fluid process of recalibrating behavioural patterns and ways of reasoning, while ultimately achieving relaxation and mental freedom.

And Guided HypnoTation?

This is a unique blend of both. My Guided Meditations will indeed place you in a trance like state which not only provides you with the deepest relaxation, but it also gives your subconscious the opportunity to lead in a self led healing process. As a certified Meditation Teacher I have the ability to guide you effectively and safely.

What can it help with?

Phobias | Sleep disorders | Weight loss | Anxiety & Depression | Pain management | Addiction | Sexual issues | Lowering levels of stress | Pain management | Control Enhancement of coping skills | Reduction of Insomnia | Emotional management | Anxiety| Overall feeling of well-being | Addictions

Chakra Meanings

What are Chakras?

Literally speaking, the word “chakra” from Sanskrit translates to “wheel” or “disk,” but references a spiritual energy center within the human body, of which there are seven along the spine, and through the neck and the crown of your head, according to the Chopra Center.

The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas.  The Vedas are the earliest Sanskrit literary records and the most ancient scriptures of Hinduism. As for the purpose of the seven chakras?

They each correspond to specific organs as well as physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual states of being and influence all areas of your life. Within these chakras is ‘prana,’ or the ultimate pure healing energy, that’s all around us and within us, to keep us healthy, happy and vibrant.
